I bought a simple service through them. Talked it over with my team and within a few hours made a request for a refund. They agreed to give me a full refund. Fast forward almost 5 months I have still not received my refund. I have talked with them weekly about it and they continue to not give me the refund. They are awful to communicate with. Do not purchase through them.
